Requirements

• 2 years Engineering Management experience
• Previous software engineering background
• Experience in fast-paced B2C or product-led businesses
• Familiarity with tech stack: React, Next.js, Python (similar background ideal but not essential)
• Experience with AI tooling and Elasticsearch environments
• Strong people leadership and product mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow an engineering team
• Own delivery, planning, and stakeholder management
• Partner with Product to improve customer journeys
• Guide technical decisions and team performance
