Oracle Planning Lead

Salary: £130,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements

• 8 years of hands-on experience leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting application projects.
• Deep technical and functional knowledge of Oracle ERP ecosystems, including Oracle Cloud Financials, Hyperion, or PBCS.
• Proven track record of designing, implementing, or managing bespoke or custom-built planning software where standard ERP functionality is insufficient.
• Direct experience in the Gaming, Digital Media, or High-Volume Subscription industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of gross-to-net revenue splits, multi-currency transactions, and deferred revenue compliance under GAAP or IFRS.
• Familiarity with ETL tools, data reconciliation pipelines, and SQL or data warehousing concepts is a major plus.

• Own the architecture, implementation, and optimization of our financial forecasting and planning applications.
• Operate at the intersection of high-volume gaming data and Oracle ERP systems.
• Oversee custom-built planning applications designed to handle complex, industry-specific financial data flows.
