SC Cleared User Researcher

Requirements

• You must have active SC clearance and be a sole British national.
• Experience in user research.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with creating user journey maps or end-to-end diagrams is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
• Salesforce experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• I conduct generative user research to gather insights about user needs and behaviors.
• I conduct evaluative user research to assess the success of design decisions.
• I create engaging narratives and stories based on research findings to communicate insights effectively.

This role is for a SC Cleared User Researcher, with a duration of 6 months. It is a remote position with rare travel to a site in London, offering a rate of £585 per day (inside IR35).
