Responsibilities

• We collaborate with the ERP lead to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• We design and optimize workflows to meet business objectives with Oracle Fusion.
• We identify and analyze current implementation gaps and recommend improvement strategies.
• We collaborate with different regions to ensure seamless integration and implementation across borders.
• We act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the success of our Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. This is a full-time remote engagement for 6-12 months, with potential for extension based on project needs. The role requires at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time business hours. We work closely across technical teams, business stakeholders, and multiple regions to ensure a smooth implementation.
