Requirements

• We require demonstrated research capability through a professional background or a strong track record of self-directed research and information verification.
• We require the ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines consistently.
• We value a high level of creativity and logical skills with the ability to achieve consistent targets.
• Preferred: experience in quality assurance, content moderation, data annotation, research, journalism, editing, or information verification.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI technologies, search engines, and digital content ecosystems.
• Preferred: subject matter expertise in Popular Culture, Social Sciences, STEM, Medicine, Law, Finance, or Engineering.
• Preferred: additional language skills depending on project requirements.

Responsibilities

• We evaluate search results and AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness.
• We conduct online research to verify information and support rating decisions.
• We apply rating guidelines consistently while maintaining quality standards.
• We document edge cases, guideline gaps, and task-related issues.
• We provide clear written feedback and rationale for ratings when required.
• We participate in training, calibration sessions, and ongoing quality reviews.
• We meet productivity expectations while maintaining high-quality work.
