Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Automation Architect, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions using Terraform and related provisioning tools. Design reusable, modular templates and components to standardize cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Automate infrastructure lifecycle processes with version-controlled Terraform modules integrated into CI/CD pipelines. Environment Optimization Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for cost efficiency, scalability, and resilience.
Apply configuration management techniques using tools like Ansible or Packer to ensure environment consistency. Analyze resource utilization metrics and refine provisioning scripts to reduce technical debt.
Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with developers, QA, and cloud architects to deliver infrastructure aligned with application requirements. Mentor internal teams on Infrastructure as Code best practices and Terraform workflows.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning in an agile environment. Security & Compliance Implement access control and encryption policies within Terraform scripts to ensure compliance with security standards.

Tools & Technologies Core Stack Terraform (v0.14 and above) for Infrastructure as Code AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, Google Deployment Manager Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration frameworks CI/CD and Monitoring GitLab CI, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions for continuous integration Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog for real-time monitoring and alerting HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and secure configuration Version Control & Collaboration Git, Bitbucket, and GitHub Enterprise Documentation with Confluence, task tracking in Jira, and real-time communication via Slack Qualifications and Experience Technical Expertise 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying Terraform-based infrastructures Strong understanding of networking concepts, cloud-native architecture, and DevSecOps pipelines Familiarity with YAML, JSON, and scripting languages like Python or Bash Cloud Platform Proficiency Experience working with at least one primary cloud provider (AWS preferred) Knowledge of IAM roles, VPC configurations, auto-scaling groups, and multi-region strategies Soft Skills Detail-oriented with a systems-thinking mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills across remote channels Problem-solving approach grounded in measurable outcomes and continuous feedback Preferred Add-Ons Terraform Certification (Associate or higher) Knowledge of Terraform Cloud/Enterprise or alternative IaC tools Background in SRE, cloud engineering, or platform engineering Career Growth & Development Advancement Opportunities We’re a growth-focused engineering environment.
