Requirements

• Previous IT Helpdesk, Service Desk or IT Support experience, or a relevant IT qualification with strong customer service experience
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Desirable: Active Directory or Exchange Online experience
• Desirable: SharePoint or OneDrive experience
• Desirable: ITIL awareness
• Desirable: Microsoft 365 Defender exposure

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line IT support via phone, email and remote support tools
• Log, prioritise and resolve helpdesk tickets within agreed SLAs
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows and software-related issues
• Escalate more complex technical issues where required
• Deliver exceptional customer service to users across the business
• Support the day-to-day operation of the IT Helpdesk
