Requirements

• We have previous Service Desk or IT Support experience.
• We have strong knowledge of Windows 11, Android, and Microsoft 365.
• We have experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune.
• We are familiar with ITSM/call logging systems.
• We have excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• We provide 1st line IT support via phone, email, Teams, and a self-service portal.
• We troubleshoot hardware, software, account, and device issues.
• We log, prioritise, and manage incidents through the ITSM system.
• We escalate complex issues where required.
• We support Windows 11, Android, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune environments.
• We manage user accounts and access permissions.
• We deliver remote support and maintain accurate documentation.
• We promote IT security best practices and support ongoing IT projects.

We are recruiting for an experienced IT Support Technician to join a respected regulatory body based in Central London on an initial 1-month temporary assignment. This is a temporary contract with an initial duration of one month, offering 35 hours per week, hybrid working with approximately 60% office-based time, and rotating shifts between 8:00am and 5:00pm. The pay rate is £17.45 to £19.65 per hour. Working as part of our IT Service Desk, you will join a collaborative and fast-paced IT team supporting users across the organisation.
