Requirements

• Experience within Cyber Operations, Cyber Service Management or Cyber Transformation environments
• Strong Business Analysis, Service Design or Operating Model consultancy experience
• Experience creating process documentation, operating models, governance frameworks and RACI matrices
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across large, complex organisations and third-party service providers

• Facilitate workshops to define processes, governance and operational responsibilities
• Produce process maps, RACI matrices, service documentation and governance frameworks
• Support the rollout and operational adoption of managed cyber security services across multiple regions

We are offering a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension for an experienced Cyber Service Operations Analyst or Cyber Operating Model Consultant. The role is outside IR35 at £500-£600 per day and is predominantly remote, with monthly travel to London or Birmingham. You will support a large-scale cyber transformation programme focused on the rollout and operational adoption of managed cyber security services across a global organisation. This is a business-focused role centred on operating model design, service documentation and stakeholder engagement, working closely with cyber leadership, IT stakeholders and a strategic security services partner.
