Product & UX Design Expert Role Summary Design and evaluate structured product design workflows to assess execution across user flows, design systems, and specification handoffs with measurable, verifiable outputs.

Deliverables Create end-to-end product design workflows covering user flows, system usage, and spec handoff scenarios Develop tasks ensuring flow completeness across states such as empty, loading, error, permissions, and success Translate design processes into structured tasks with deterministic, checkable outputs Define and apply evaluation rubrics based on design system fidelity and measurable criteria Build scenarios involving annotated specs, accessibility requirements, and constrained copy guidelines Requirements Proficiency in product and UX design workflows for SaaS or consumer products Expertise in tools such as Figma including auto-layout, components, and variables Experience with design systems, component reuse, and token-based design Knowledge of accessibility standards including WCAG and implementation in design Ability to produce and interpret artifacts including user flows, mockups, specs, and design system audits Details Job Type : Part-time position Compensation : $85 $115 per hour Work Setup : Remote Easy Apply to proceed.
