Canada- Product Manager (Senior Living)

Description: Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portion of the Senior Living product suite.Become the product expert for assigned areas, including product functionality and customer value.Serve as the voice of the customer for an engineering and UX scrum team.Partner with engineering leads to manage product delivery ceremonies.Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and related delivery artifacts.Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders.Identify risks early, communicate them clearly, and bring the right stakeholders together to resolve them.Manage products through the full development lifecycle from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration.Lead customer discovery sessions and participate in feedback discussions as needed.Translate complex data and operational needs into clear product decisions and improvements.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field.3+ years of experience in a product management function.Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent analytical, organizational, and task management skills.Demonstrated ability to manage products, innovation, and a curiosity for building great products.Previous experience with large data foundations and census work, including planning, collecting, and processing population data and address verification, preferred but not required.Proven track record working with technical delivery and engineering teams, preferred.Strong understanding of data foundations and regulatory functions related to working with PHI, preferred.Ability to travel periodically to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for onboarding, team events, and company meetings.Ability to travel to customer sites as needed to lead discovery sessions and gather feedback.Benefits: Base salary range of CAD $110,000–$120,000 per year.10% performance-based bonus.Full-time benefits package.Benefits starting from day one.Retirement plan matching.Flexible paid time off.Wellness support programs and resources.Parental and caregiver leaves, including fertility and adoption support.Continuous development support program and employee assistance program.
