Experimentation Engineer (Front End)

Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven front end engineering experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience building experiments in Adobe Target or similar platforms
• Strong QA discipline and attention to detail
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders - this role is not code only
• Curiosity, problem solving and a desire to see your work make a real impact

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy website experiments using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Translate test plans into robust, production ready A/B tests
• Use Adobe Target (or similar tools such as Optimizely, AB Tasty or Dynamic Yield)
• Apply a customer first mindset while improving conversion and performance
• Own QA across browsers and devices to ensure high quality delivery
• Collaborate closely with technical and non technical stakeholders

With hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, we offer a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on skills and experience alongside health benefits and a 10% matched pension plan.
