Salary: £42,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Lead, or similar role
• Proficient user of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong understanding of high-volume e-commerce operations
• Problem-solving skills, using tech tools like YouTube or AI
• Familiarity with client setups in a 3PL environment (preferred but not essential)
• Real-world warehousing experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers

Responsibilities

• Serve as the final gatekeeper before new features reach customers
• Conduct real-world testing of new features and workflows
• Provide feedback to developers on any functionality issues or improvements needed
• Utilize modern AI and testing platforms to enhance quality control processes
• Ensure that our WMS platforms deliver a reliable service to users
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to strengthen release reliability
