Rust Software Engineer

Note: Applicants must be based in North America. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time. We’re hiring Rust Engineers to help build and scale the backend systems powering a leading Solana infrastructure startup.

You’ll work on distributed, high-performance backend services that support millions of blockchain transactions and directly impact how developers build on Solana.

What You’ll Do Build and maintain backend services in Rust, focused on scalability and performance. Design and implement distributed, low-latency systems. Debug, profile, and optimize high-scale infrastructure.

Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver features end-to-end. Contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews. Implement monitoring, alerting, and security best practices.

Deep understanding of distributed systems and database fundamentals. Degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, or a related field. Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.

Bonus Points: Experience at a reputable Web2 company Experience at top-tier tech or trading companies (e.g. Cloudflare, Coinbase, Jane Street, Citadel). Prior remote work experience. Active GitHub or open-source contributions.
