Business Analyst Job Summary Salary: $90,000–$125,000 per year Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Remote (Candidates in the Toledo, OH area preferred) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our innovative technology company.

In this role, you will transform complex business and financial data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. You will develop financial reports, identify trends, and leverage AI-powered tools to streamline reporting and improve business performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a business analyst with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys working with data, technology, and emerging AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.

Develop, maintain, and automate financial reports and dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.

Utilize AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to improve reporting processes, automate analysis, and enhance decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and business processes.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Experience creating financial reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting or business intelligence tools. Experience using AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar generative AI tools to support reporting, analysis, or workflow automation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment.
