Remote Cloud Network Engineer

About the position TEKsystems is seeking a Mid-Level Cloud Security Engineer for its Anchorage Alaska-based client. This resource will work Monday Through Friday, working typical daytime business hours in the Alaska Time Zone.

This is a mid-level Cloud Network Engineer role supporting enterprise data center, campus LAN, internet edge, and office networks.

The engineer will work closely with Cloud Network Engineers, Cloud Systems Engineers, and DevOps teams to design, deploy, and maintain hybrid cloud and Software‑Defined Data Center (SDDC) platforms.

The role emphasizes hands‑on Cisco routing and switching (including patching), Palo Alto firewall rule configuration, and Aruba ClearPass Network Access Control.
