NetSuite Business Support Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong understanding of NetSuite and core business processes
• Proven experience in a functional support or business-facing NetSuite role
• Excellent communication skills with a service-first mindset
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Experience creating clear documentation and training materials

Responsibilities

• Respond to NetSuite support requests from business users
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within the platform
• Escalate complex defects and enhancement requests to the NetSuite Systems Analysts
• Deliver user training, guidance, and how-to support
• Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and internal documentation
• Work with the NetSuite delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding of new business units
• Partner with business teams to understand operational needs
• Identify opportunities to improve system usage and efficiency
• Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance
