Senior SAP Solution Manager

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, Supply Chain & Logistics solutions, ideally within a Port
• Previous managerial experience with strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience in developing process automation through technology
• Ability to lead large-scale complex IT programs/projects addressing overall business needs
• Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated, directed, and change-oriented
• Knowledge of new technologies in specific field and ability to stay updated
• Experience in planning and managing IT programs including budgeting and resource management
• Experience with managing system integrators to deliver business outcomes
• Willingness to travel around the Group for projects
• Firm belief in customer service values and ABPs core values of openness, honesty, teamwork, and respect

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders on strategic planning and defining a roadmap for continuous improvement
• Produce comprehensive business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Lead one or more teams of colleagues and/or external third parties to achieve strategic and operational goals
• Engage with stakeholders to build relationships and align expectations
• Perform software selection supported by Enterprise and Technical Architecture reviews
• Liaise with project managers to develop delivery plans and track portfolio status
• Identify long-term opportunities and challenges, developing plans aligned with organisational goals
