Senior Cloud Engineer (GCP Focus, Multi-Cloud Aware)

Salary: £45,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements

• Expert-level GCP experience, including Org Policy Service, VPC Service Controls, and Resource Hierarchy
• Proven track record in multi-tenant or multi-client cloud deployments for regulated industries
• Strong proficiency in Terraform and GitOps (Flux or ArgoCD) for production environments
• Solid working knowledge of Azure, including Lighthouse and Policy, to support cross-cloud integration
• Deep understanding of data residency, sovereignty, and security encryption (CMEK/CMK)
• 5 years of Google Cloud Platform experience

Responsibilities

• Engineer GCP landing zones and connect secure client-plane environments to our Azure control plane
• Implement multi-cloud governance by authoring organization policies and guardrails
• Automate infrastructure delivery using Terraform and Flux-driven GitOps pipelines
• Architect cross-cloud telemetry with metadata-only logging using Grafana and Telegraf
• Define networking and security prerequisites for client onboarding and incident response across environments
• Scale and refine repeatable deployment patterns for GKE and managed AI services across multiple client tenants
