Salary: £78,000 - 97,500 per year

Requirements

• Strong Voyado experience and confidence building independently
• Proven track record in omnichannel CRM execution
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift
• Experience across both consulting and retail/merchant environments is desirable
• A blend of strategy and execution experience is desirable, not just build
• Technical familiarity with CRM integrations or data structures is desirable
• Exposure to platforms such as Bloomreach or Klaviyo is desirable

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise Voyado CRM campaigns and flows end to end
• Deliver omnichannel customer journeys across email, SMS, and loyalty
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and refine evolving briefs
• Work autonomously with minimal oversight and bring structure to complexity
• Take ownership of CRM execution in a fast-moving fashion retail environment
• Turn rough direction into polished customer journeys

We are hiring a Senior CRM / Loyalty Builder (Voyado) for a remote role based in the UK or EMEA. This is a short-term contract lasting 3 to 5 weeks, with a possible extension, offered on a part-time basis of 20 to 30 hours per week.
