Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements

• MSP experience
• Strong IT Support experience
• M365 expertise
• Strong end user troubleshooting skills
• Ability to drive proactive improvements such as patching and security policies
• Experience with complex IT issues involving:
• - Windows OS
• - Microsoft SharePoint
• - Microsoft Teams
• - Email systems
• - Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting
• Skills in IT Support, Intune, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Windows Wi-Fi

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users, resolving IT issues in a timely manner
• Drive proactive improvements for security policies and patching
• Implement enhancements to reduce overall ticket volumes
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Engage in project planning to optimize IT processes and workflows
