Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements

• We require proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents and the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• We require experience designing and building conversational agents, including intents, topics, generative AI capabilities, and integrations.
• We require a strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance considerations within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• We require experience with platform administration, including environment strategy, solution lifecycle management, and monitoring.
• We require knowledge of Microsoft licensing concepts related to Copilot Studio and Power Platform, with the ability to advise stakeholders.
• We require a solid understanding of integration patterns and API-based connectivity across enterprise systems.
• We require the ability to translate business needs into scalable and user-friendly AI solutions.
• We require strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• We prefer candidates based in Aberdeen with experience in the upstream oil and gas sector.
• We require availability to work from our Aberdeen office at least 3 days per week for 6 months.
• We require the role to be worked as an inside IR35 PAYE agency contract engagement.
• We require an expected start date in late June or early July.

Responsibilities

• We work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and production-ready Copilot and agent-based solutions.
• We partner with business teams to interpret functional and technical requirements for conversational AI and automation scenarios.
• We design, develop, and maintain AI-powered agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.
• We build and integrate intelligent workflows using Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Microsoft services to enable end-to-end business processes.
• We define, implement, and enforce platform governance, standards, and policies for Copilot Studio and conversational AI solutions.
• We administer the Copilot Studio platform, including environment management, security configuration, and monitoring.
• We provide guidance and support on licensing models, capacity planning, and cost optimisation for Copilot and Power Platform solutions.
• We deliver high-quality, secure, and well-governed solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• We collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary delivery team, including architects, developers, and business stakeholders.

We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Engineer to design, build, and deliver intelligent conversational solutions that enhance business productivity and user experience. This is an Aberdeen-based role requiring an on-site presence in our Aberdeen office at least 3 days per week for a 6-month period, and it cannot be worked 100% remotely. The engagement is inside IR35 as a PAYE agency contract, with a start date expected in late June or early July.
