[Remote] Lead Product Designer (Contract to Hire)

They are seeking a Lead Product Designer to scale their product and design systems, focusing on elevating the design organization and creating high-impact features.

Responsibilities Leveraging best in class design practices and a deep understanding of JTBD, deliver recommendations that reduce friction across key customer workflowsBe the customer advocate.

Drive roadmap prioritization conversations that stem from both qualitative and quantitative insights into how customers interact with our productRefine Design Team processes with AI at the core - from initial discovery and wireframing to developer handoff - to improve output quality and lead timePartner closely with Engineering to account for different use cases and edge cases.
