Network Solution Architect

Salary: £80,000 - 88,000 per year

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience of previous Pre-Sales / Solutions Architecture
• Strong examples of solution design and documentation
• Proficient in LAN, WAN, and Data Centre infrastructure, including technologies such as Switching, Routing, SD-WAN, SASE, WLAN, and SDN
• Strong experience with edge security appliances (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DDoS), web application gateways, and load balancers

Responsibilities

• Acting as the Technical lead on RFPs and bid reviews
• Promoting the benefits and values of technical design features, mapping technical designs into business outcomes
• Supporting Sales and Account Management teams as a Technical Consultant
• Meeting prospective and existing customers to determine business and technical requirements
• Producing and presenting Technical Solutions and supporting documentation, both high-level and low-level (Network Diagrams etc)
• Effectively handing over solutions and supporting delivery and operational teams
• Supporting Product Management teams to provide input around product development
