Application Support Specialist (SaaS/CRM)

Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a technical product support role within a SaaS environment
• Strong experience working with widely used CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Experience working directly with SaaS, system integrations, or cloud-based platforms
• Demonstrable experience working to SLAs
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Experience in test management and technical documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for SaaS and data/dashboarding platforms, including CRM and property/financial management systems
• Manage support escalations and ensure issues are resolved effectively
• Produce and maintain technical documentation
• Support testing activities and release processes
• Contribute to continuous improvements and platform upgrades
• Work closely with our Client Services team and support our service operations as the business grows
• Take ownership of your workload while meeting client needs and service expectations
