Senior Cloud Architect

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS or GCP at production scale (multi-AZ, auto-scaling systems)
• Deep expertise in Terraform (or similar IaC tools)
• Hands-on with Kubernetes / containerised microservices
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and observability stacks (e.g. Datadog, Grafana)
• Nice to have: N8N or workflow tooling, zero-trust security, regulated environments (FinTech / PropTech)

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy cloud-native infrastructure (GCP preferred)
• Own Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / CDK) and define reusable golden path templates
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• Design for auto-scaling, resilience, and failure testing (chaos engineering)
• Manage container orchestration (Kubernetes / GKE / EKS)
• Implement observability, monitoring, and performance tuning
