Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with significant frontend experience and the ability to work full stack
• Highly proficient in React, TypeScript, and GraphQL, with strong backend fundamentals in Node.js
• Experience designing technical solutions involving APIs, database models, and service integration
• Understanding of scalability, performance, and security across frontend and backend
• Experience working closely with product and design teams to build user-focused features
• Comfortable mentoring others and helping set technical direction
• Bonus: experience with fintech products or complex transactional systems

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, from shaping requirements through deployment and monitoring
• Design technical solutions spanning frontend interfaces and backend integrations
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-user features
• Define and champion engineering best practices across frontend and backend development
• Contribute to the evolution of our technical architecture as we grow our platform and user base
• Participate in code reviews, mentor other engineers, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing
• Help improve our engineering processes, tools, and ways of working
