Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Telecom Technical Manager with a strong technical and commercial background taking END to END responsibility for : Pre-sales activitiesPost Sales activitiesInternal systems setupOnboard Telecom operators / vendorsPre-SalesUnderstand the customer challenges and create a requirementConvert this requirement into a conceptual technical solutionStart preparing the technical proposal in partnership with partners, vendors and customerProduce the BOQ, Technical engagement, Operational and customer supportDefine KPIs, SLAs, Pricing model, deployment plan, migration plan, operational plan and support planNegotiate directly with the client and supplier the terms and support until deal closureProduce marketing collaterals that can be reusedPM deploymentPost SalesDefine the post sales engagement model, mainly SLAs, NOC model, interventional models and remain close to the client for any operational issuesInternal Systems setupImplement an open source OSS/BSS -NMS that will allow us to monitor and manage links (MPLS / Internet / VSAT), with reports given to the customerCreate a portal that will allow customer to access their metrics and other information (Invoices / CRM)Onboard Telecom Operators / VendorsFind new operators globally, negotiate last mile priceReview contractual, commercial and technical documentation and give feedbackAgree on a NOC to NOC arrangement and potentially an NNIAgree on SLAs that will be then standardized across our offeringOnboard on the NMS the new supplierQualificationsTelecom EngineerStrong Telecom Technical expertise and experience with large Telecom operatorsStrong technical skills : VSAT / MPLS / DIA / SD-WAN / HUB-REMOTE solutions / HYBRID networks / SIP / OPERATOR CONNECT / LORA-WAN / IoT / Cyber SecurityExperience with NMS and supplier onboardingKnowledge of the main vendors : CISCO / FORTINET / VELO CLOUD / TEAMS / etc.Experience in creating network designs, topologies,knowledge with great Sales and Marketing acumenStrong analytical skills, particularly in data analysis, to generate insights and develop templates and marketing campaignsExperience in providing management consulting and deliver high quality documentsExcellent communication skills across different mediums, including face-to-face communication, presentations, and written reportsUnderstanding of finance and financial analysis to support business cases and deal structuringAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and across different levels in an organizationExperience in the telecom or technology industry is required #J-18808-Ljbffr Salary: USD 72000 - 108000 per year Experience: 5 years required
