1st & 2nd Line Support

Salary: £24,000 - 28,500 per year

Requirements

• Previous support desk experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer-related qualifications, such as a Diploma or Microsoft certification
• Minimum 2 years experience supporting desktops and servers
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Server 2012/16/19
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, WDS, LAN, WAN, and VPNs
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Firewall configuration experience

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to our clients and engineers via phone and email
• Raise and distribute jobs to engineers
• Provide remote preventative support
• Keep our in-house software up to date with detailed changes
• Support our CCTV, access control, door entry, AI server, and CCTV server environments
• Work as part of our in-house IT support team

We are offering a full-time, permanent role with a package of £24,000 to £28,500 per year depending on experience, 21 days holiday in the first year plus bank holidays with increases for length of service, company pension, cycle to work scheme, free parking, and on-site parking. We also provide secure parking covered by CCTV and an on-site kitchen. This is an in-person role.
