Salary: £49,000 - 89,000 per year

Requirements

• Previous experience working with SharePoint is required.
• Previous experience working with MS Teams is required.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and administering the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 products.
• Managing Microsoft SharePoint and Teams training.
• Knowledge of ITIL would be an advantage.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Active Directory, ensuring optimal use and E5 licence integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance Microsoft 365 usage.
• Configure and manage SharePoint, including app integration, library creation, access control, and permissions.
• Maintain SharePoint and the intranet, troubleshoot issues, and support end users with training.
• Perform data backups, clean-ups, and archiving to ensure data integrity and storage efficiency.
• Analyse usage reports to improve user experience and stay current with SharePoint and Teams developments.
• Manage the Teams service, including group creation, meeting and messaging policies, and organisation-wide settings.
• Oversee team settings, memberships, and device configurations via the Teams admin centre and PowerShell.
• Coordinate access reviews and troubleshoot user call quality issues using advanced tools.
• Access and analyse Teams admin reports and manage tenant app catalogue publications.

We are supporting our Exeter-based client in recruiting an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a remote role with occasional site visits and offers a salary of up to £55k. The successful candidate will provide support to end users across the business and help ensure the effective configuration, maintenance, and administration of our Microsoft 365 environment.
