IT Helpdesk Analyst

Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Analyst with a keen interest in IT.
• We ideally want previous experience in an IT Helpdesk or Service Desk role.
• We need strong experience using Windows 11, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• We would value knowledge of databases, HTML, PowerShell, ODBC reporting, ERP or warehouse systems, Active Directory, Exchange, Server 2016 or above, virtualisation, and basic networking.
• We need familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• We are looking for excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• We need strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• We require the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• We need excellent written and spoken English.
• We are looking for someone who is a good team player and comfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented working environment.

Responsibilities

• We will have you provide 1st line support to internal users via phone, email, and our ticketing system.
• We will have you troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• We will have you manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange.
• We will have you install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications.
• We will have you escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors when needed.
• We will have you maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions.
• We will have you assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and rollouts.
• We will have you support warehouse and logistics systems that are critical to our distribution operations.
