2nd Line Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements

• We require a full UK driving licence.
• We require customer service experience and the ability to provide a high standard of customer service.
• We require knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems.
• We require basic network diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
• We require commercial experience working with Azure.
• We require experience with remote access VPN setup.
• We require experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• We require an exemplary telephone manner.
• We require the ability to commute to our office on a daily basis and travel to customer sites as required.
• Microsoft certifications are beneficial.
• Knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V deployment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of WAN, LAN, WLAN, NAT, and firewalls is beneficial.
• MS Exchange administration experience is beneficial.
• Previous experience working in an agency or MSP is beneficial.
• Telephony administration exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• We provide technical support via email, phone, and face to face on client sites.
• We support a diverse technology stack across software, hardware, and hosting solutions.
• We deliver varied day-to-day IT support where no two days are the same.
• We respond to customer queries and maintain a high standard of service.
• We work directly with clients across the UK and travel to customer sites when required.
