Senior Consultant SAP GTS Consultant

Salary: £95,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience supporting or participating in at least one GTS implementation
• Eagerness to deep-dive into SAP GTS, specifically in Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Trade Preference
• Good understanding of one of the following processes: sales and logistics operations or supply chain management
• Understanding of how logistics flows are handled in ECC6 and S/4 HANA systems
• Experience in at least one other SAP module such as SD, MM, or SCM
• Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle activities
• Willingness to work in an international, multicultural environment and to work abroad if needed
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English; any other language is an asset
• Good analytical and modeling skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Technical knowledge such as ABAP or SAP PI is an asset
• Security clearance or eligibility to apply for it is strongly preferred for work involving our Government & Public Sector

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP GTS solutions across Customs, Compliance, and Trade Preference
• Configure GTS modules and manage data migration activities
• Conduct business process analysis and provide optimization recommendations
• Perform system testing, including integration and UAT, and resolve functional issues
• Facilitate client workshops and training sessions
• Document business requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Advise clients on global trade compliance regulations and GTS best practices
• Contribute to the development and growth of our SAP GTS practice globally
• Work with an integrated team of GTS consultants, developers, and trade advisory professionals
• Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in SAP GTS and related technologies

We are our SAP practice within Deloittes Technology and Transformation business, delivering complex and innovative solutions for clients across industries. We are building a UK-based team of internally and externally sourced resources to support customers as they move from SAP GTS 11 or lower to SAP GTS edition for SAP HANA.
