Customer Success & Support Specialist

Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience in customer support or customer success within a software/SaaS environment
• Exceptional, confident interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• UK-based and available during core UK working hours
• Nice to Have: Exposure to landlords, property, or property management
• Nice to Have: Experience with compliance-focused software
• Nice to Have: Involvement in creating or improving help documentation

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via email and scheduled calls
• Delivering confident, engaging software demonstrations to users
• Diagnosing issues, reproducing problems, and escalating clearly
• Supporting customers who may be stressed about compliance or finances
• Helping new users set up properties, tenancies, and workflows
• Improving help documentation and identifying gaps
• Spotting trends in customer feedback and sharing insights
