Implementation Consultant - PSA Software

Salary: £70,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements

• Background in Implementing PSA software and eager to transition into a dedicated Solutions Consulting role
• In-depth experience with PSA software and Salesforce or Salesforce and complex sales cycles related to finance, sales enablement, CPQ or revenue management solutions
• Excellent customer and people skills, with the ability to read the room and communicate both broadly and in detail
• Ability to handle questions and curveballs from prospects while demonstrating flexibility within the solution framework
• Willingness to engage with proof of concepts and AI capabilities
• Proficient in drafting SOWs that meet customer expectations and needs
• Open to working opportunities across the UK/Europe and the US (east coast time zones as required)
• Comfortable with a fully remote setup, based in the UK with quarterly visits to the London office

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into compelling, narrative-driven demos tailored to prospect personas
• Collaborate with Account Executives on deals, assessing requirements and positioning product features
• Maintain and update demo templates and environments, communicating improvements internally
• Efficiently map service workflows across service execution and service operations
• Support sales discovery sessions with technical and business audiences
• Draft clear, value-based Statements of Work that align with customer expectations and needs
• Conduct interactive conversations with clients on the scope of work, focusing on key outcomes and requirements
• Manage proof of concepts, showcasing AI capabilities
