IT Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: £65,000 - 91,000 per year

Requirements

• Second and third line support experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration
• Experience with user management, licence assignment, security configuration, and system health monitoring
• Experience with Active Directory, Teams, Entra, SharePoint, Exchange, mobile management, and Intune
• Experience managing email services, including client configuration with Mimecast, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Exchange
• Desirable: system and server administration experience across physical and virtual environments
• Desirable: experience with Microsoft Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, Hyper-V, SQL, failover clustering, file and print services, and WDS

Responsibilities

• Provide second and third line support for IT infrastructure and desktop support issues
• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 / Office 365 stack
• Manage user accounts, assign licences, configure security, and monitor system health
• Support hybrid environments across Active Directory, Teams, Entra, SharePoint, Exchange, mobile management, and Intune
• Manage email services and client configurations across Mimecast, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Exchange
• Build, configure, deploy, and maintain physical server and virtual environments where required
