IT Helpdesk Engineer

Salary: £30,300 - 30,300 per year

Requirements

• Experience in a similar desktop support role
• Proficiency using Windows desktop and server platforms, including Active Directory, Mac OS, Windows Server, Office 365, MS Office and networking and routing technologies
• Excellent English communication skills
• A full, valid EU driving licence

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding troubleshooting and technical resolution service
• Join a growing team of Desktop Support Engineers
• Engage with customers
• Utilise remote access software to identify and resolve issues
• Complete regular network installations
• Occasionally travel to visit satellite sites
