Desk Support Engineer

Salary: £41,000 - 81,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong background in Microsoft 365 / O365 administration
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory and user lifecycle management
• Comfortable supporting Windows Server environments
• Confident across Windows 11 and macOS user support
• Hands-on experience with 1st to 2nd line support for endpoints and users
• Familiar with basic networking and security troubleshooting
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune, including device management and policy configuration
• Proven track record supporting remote and distributed teams
• Experience in SME or smaller business environments
• Happy to work on-site and provide face-to-face support when required
• Working knowledge of SharePoint
• Immediate availability

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time on-site IT support in our London office
• Support office-based and remote users across a varied hands-on support role
• Administer Microsoft 365 / O365 and manage user lifecycle activities
• Support Windows Server environments
• Troubleshoot and support Windows 11 and macOS devices
• Deliver 1st to 2nd line support for endpoints and users
• Troubleshoot basic networking and security issues
• Manage devices and policies in Microsoft Intune
• Support remote and distributed teams
• Provide face-to-face support when required

We are offering an inside IR35 contract for an IT Support Engineer based on-site in London for 3 days a week, initially for 3 months, at up to £220 per day.
