Senior Integration Engineer

Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience building enterprise integrations, preferably using Workato (although will consider other integration tool experience).
• Demonstrated expertise with APIs (REST/SOAP), authentication methods, and data transformations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to balance delivery, quality, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain integrations using Workato.
• Leverage advanced Workato capabilities, including Recipe design and optimization, Custom connectors and SDKs, On-premise agents, Error handling, retries, and monitoring best practices.
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with architectural standards.
• Perform regular code and recipe reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across development, QA, and production environments.
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to preventative improvements.
