Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

• 3 years in Product, Strategy, or Analytics, with at least 1 year in a Product Manager role
• 1 year in fintech, financial services, or a strong grasp of lending and credit
• Highly curious and a systems thinker who connects dots and considers end-to-end impact
• Experience building with AI, including agents, workflows, code generation, or analysis
• Track record of shipping products that moved real business metrics
• Comfortable with data, analysis, and SQL
• Bonus: experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up

Responsibilities

• Own multiple product areas supporting our US Personal Loans expansion
• Define strategy, ship features, and drive outcomes end-to-end
• Work with data science to get our proprietary credit models into production
• Design and build automations that make our operations team more efficient
• Use data to identify initiatives that improve credit quality, reduce losses, help customers, or grow volume
• Explore how to use LLMs to support customer service, servicing, and collections
• Run A/B tests across the customer journey from application through servicing
• Improve the post-origination experience, including payments and customer support
• Lead the team and align people around priorities, tools, and processes
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, credit risk, growth, and operations teams
