Remote Scrum Master and Business Analyst

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Applications Business Analyst and Scrummaster.

Key Responsibilities Conduct requirements gathering and business process analysis to enhance operational effectiveness Act as Agile Product Owner, managing the ticket backlog and prioritizing features based on business value Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach the development team on Agile principles and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, and Scrum facilitation roles Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and familiarity with SDLC methodologies Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
