Senior Customer Data Strategy Consultant

Salary: £123,256 - 143,799 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for strong experience in customer data strategy, digital analytics consulting, or enterprise value consulting.
• We need experience advising enterprise clients or senior stakeholders on customer data, customer journeys, or optimization.
• We require the ability to build KPI frameworks, value models, BRDs, use-case roadmaps, or workshop outputs.
• We are seeking familiarity with CDPs, digital analytics, customer journey tools, or MarTech ecosystems.
• We want someone confident leading strategic conversations with senior leaders rather than supporting delivery or implementation.
• We value experience working with stakeholders such as Chief Data Officers, Chief Digital Officers, CMOs, and Heads of Digital.

Responsibilities

• We will have you build a new customer data value consulting capability within our Professional Services team.
• We will expect you to lead enterprise client workshops focused on value, KPIs, use cases, and business outcomes.
• We will rely on you to create KPI frameworks, value assessments, BRDs, and customer data roadmaps.
• You will partner with implementation and customer success teams to keep value central to delivery.
• You will develop internal templates, playbooks, and consulting frameworks that support future scale.
• You will work directly with senior enterprise stakeholders to define success from their customer data strategy.
• You will translate complex customer data opportunities into clear strategic roadmaps.
