The role supports in-flight initiatives by partnering with delivery and business teams, building Databricks foundations, and leading enterprise data architecture, solution design, governance, and data product initiatives.

Responsibilities The role will be supporting the in-flight initiatives, working with delivery and business partners as well as technical skills for building databricks foundations Skills 10+ years of progressive experience in Data & Analytics leadership roles with strong foundations across Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, Data Management, and Data GovernanceDemonstrated hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions prior to moving into leadership rolesProven experience partnering with senior business leaders and translating strategic priorities into scalable, technology-enabled solutionsExpertise in operating across business functions, Functional BRMs, Data & Analytics, Architecture, Engineering, and IT organizations within complex matrixed environmentsDeep understanding of modern data architectures, cloud-based analytics ecosystems, enterprise data platforms, and product-oriented delivery models, including experience with technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, and related cloud data platformsStrong experience with AWS cloud services and architectures supporting enterprise Data & Analytics platformsHands-on experience with Databricks, including Lakehouse architecture principles, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and modern data governance practicesExperience with enterprise analytics and business intelligence platforms, including Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar technologies, supporting self-service analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision makingExperience establishing and scaling Data Products, Data Product operating models, Data Mesh principles, domain-oriented ownership, and business-led data governance practicesExperience leading conceptual solution design and influencing architecture, platform, and technology decisions in partnership with Architecture and Engineering teamsExceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior business executives, IT leadership, and cross-functional stakeholdersProven ability to lead through influence, drive alignment, and make decisions across complex global matrix organizationsStrong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to balance business priorities, technical considerations, and long-term platform sustainabilityBachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related fieldCannot sponsorExperience in the healthcare industry, including regulated environments involving patient, clinical, or healthcare dataFamiliarity with modern GenAI and LLM frameworks, including experience with evaluating or implementing AI, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions within enterprise environmentsExposure to applied AI/ML initiatives, including model governance, MLOps concepts, or responsible AI practicesExperience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologiesMaster's degree preferred Company Overview Accion Labs is a global services technology firm focused on building and transforming software products through emerging technologies.
