IT Security Specialist

Salary: £45,000 - 48,000 per year

Requirements

• We require an experienced IT Security Specialist with proven experience in protecting against cyber threats and implementing best-practice security controls.
• We require strong experience in cyber security incident management and response, including mitigating security risks.
• We require proven hands-on experience with SIEM, Anti-Virus, Vulnerability Management, Data Loss Prevention, and other security tools.
• We require a good understanding of compliance requirements related to ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS.
• We prefer candidates who can work from Hatfield, Hertfordshire on a hybrid basis.
• We require willingness to undertake occasional travel to our client offices in West Sussex.

Responsibilities

• We will rely on you to protect our environment from cyber threats and strengthen our overall security posture.
• We will expect you to manage and respond to cyber security incidents and help mitigate associated risks.
• We will need you to use SIEM, Anti-Virus, Vulnerability Management, Data Loss Prevention, and other security tools effectively.
• We will expect you to support adherence to security compliance standards, including ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS.
• We will have you work onsite in Hatfield, Hertfordshire for 3 days per week and remotely for 2 days per week once settled.
• We will require you to attend occasional travel to our client offices in West Sussex as needed.
