IT Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 36,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience working in a managed service provider (MSP) or similar technical environment
• Strong background in IT systems and network support
• Natural ability for solving problems
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Windows Server
• Good understanding of networking (wired and wireless)
• Experience administering Microsoft 365
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices
• Excellent time management skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Confident spoken and written English
• Genuine interest in IT and technology
• Full UK driving license

Responsibilities

• Install and configure IT hardware and software
• Troubleshoot IT issues both remotely and on-site
• Implement and manage cloud-based systems and services
• Administer and support Microsoft 365
• Maintain and update technical documentation
