Multi-Chain Smart Contract Developer – Solidity + Rust / Move

We're launching on more than one chain. Ethereum L2s for TVL, Solana for speed, and maybe Move for the future. We need a developer who doesn't marry a single VM – you write safe code wherever the users are.

Your cross-chain reality: EVM (Solidity): Tokens, staking, bridges (or wrapped assets). Solana (Rust): Programs with PDAs, CPIs, and rent-exempt accounts. Move (Aptos/Sui – nice to have): Resource-oriented design and parallel execution.

You'll own: Writing and deploying contracts/programs across multiple chains. Maintaining consistent security standards despite different VM quirks. Testing strategies for each environment (Foundry for EVM, Anchor for Solana).

Coordinating multi-chain deployments (same launch, different chains, different logic). Must-haves: You are a native crypto user. You don't have a "favorite chain" – you follow liquidity and users.

You've bridged cross-chain, chased airdrops across ecosystems, and understand why different chains have different security models. You hold native gas tokens for at least three ecosystems. Strong Solidity with at least one mainnet deployment.

Production Rust experience (not just "I read the book") with Solana or NEAR. Understanding of cross-chain risks (bridge exploits, finality differences, oracle delays). You can explain what a PDA is and why Solana doesn't have re-entrancy.

Nice-to-have: Move (Aptos or Sui) – even just a small module. Experience with LayerZero, Wormhole, or Axelar. You've thought about how to deploy the same logic across different gas models. What we offer: Top-tier pay (USDC + heavy token allocation). Remote. Async-first.
