Senior Business Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience.
• We need strong experience working with complex IT systems, including integrations, legacy systems, and billing platforms.
• We require experience within billing systems or financial process environments.
• We value a proven track record of delivering change within fast-paced operational environments.
• Experience working closely with Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain functions is desirable.
• You should be a confident workshop facilitator who can lead a room.
• You should have strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
• You should have experience with process mapping, including As-Is and To-Be modelling.
• You must be able to manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
• You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving decisions.
• You should have a strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• You should be able to balance structure with pace.
• We require UK-based candidates who can commute reliably to our onsite location.

Responsibilities

• We will have you lead stakeholder workshops across IT and operational teams.
• You will capture, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• You will work across complex IT landscapes, including integrations, legacy systems, and billing platforms.
• You will translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• You will support solution design discussions with technical teams.
• You will map current and future state processes.
• You will identify risks, dependencies, and impact across systems.
• You will drive clarity and momentum across key logistics and billing projects.
• You will act as the bridge between operational teams and technical delivery.
• You will contribute quality BA discipline and governance.
• You will bring commercial awareness by understanding impact, not just documentation.
• You will help move projects forward and prevent them from drifting.

We are a growing Logistics and IT function delivering business-critical initiatives across billing platforms, operational systems, and wider technology change. This is a hybrid role based within 45 minutes of Liverpool, with three days onsite and two days remote each week. We offer the opportunity to play a key role in shaping critical systems, gain real ownership and visibility, and genuinely influence outcomes across the organisation. We are looking for someone who prefers solving problems over writing meeting minutes and wants to be part of meaningful change and new projects.
