Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements

Experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including Databricks, Fabric and Copilot
Exposure to traditional automation techniques such as RPA
Experience with data warehousing and data platforms such as Data Factory, Fabric or similar
Strong understanding of data governance

Responsibilities

Design, build and support AI solutions
Build data integrations across a variety of business systems
Apply Copilot and other automation solutions
Work with data warehousing and data platforms such as Data Factory and Fabric
Set good standards for data practices
Translate business problems into technical solutions
Collaborate with the wider IT division and other stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can add value

We are a long-standing organisation in Yorkshire hiring an AI and Automation Engineer to apply proven automation techniques while progressively adopting modern AI, agent-based and data-driven approaches. The role reports to our Head of Data and works alongside our Business Intelligence and Data Engineer functions. This is a hybrid position based in Yorkshire, with two days a week in the office and some flexibility, although it is not remote and may involve travel within the UK. The salary is up to £50,000, and sponsorship is not offered.
