AI Engineer

Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into production
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions
• Strong Python development skills with experience using AI/ML frameworks
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI
• Strong experience building and optimising RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and agent-based workflows
• Expertise in model selection and fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Solid data science fundamentals, including data analysis, feature engineering, machine learning, and statistics
• Advanced prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning (desirable)
• Experience integrating AI solutions within complex enterprise environments (desirable)
• Strong understanding of cloud-native AI architecture best practices (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for production environments
• Focus on Agentic AI solutions, RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and cloud-native AI architecture
• Work closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
