Salary: £80,000 - 89,000 per year

Requirements

• .NET, C#, Azure (including Logic Apps), and React expertise
• Strong leadership experience as a Lead Developer
• Solid Azure development skills, particularly with Logic Apps
• Full stack development skills in C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, ARM/Bicep templates), and SharePoint
• Experience with GenAI and its integration in development
• Familiarity with Greenfield Development projects
• Excellent personality with a forward-thinking approach and high energy
• Proven experience in C-Suite Stakeholder Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee development projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with team members on designing and implementing solutions
• Manage stakeholder relationships, particularly with C-Suite executives
• Mentor junior developers and provide leadership within the team
• Participate in scenario-based interviews and testing processes
• Embrace and integrate GenAI technology into development processes as needed
• Adapt to changing project needs and contribute to Greenfield Development initiatives
